Refunds & Returns
Please contact hi@doubledate.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product if you would like to exchange or arrange a refund for your purchase. Goods must be in original packaging and condition. Return postage for change of mind is at the customers expense.

If the item you have received is faulty, please let us know as soon as you receive it and we will happily exchange or refund, and will provide you a label for shipping it back to us.  


Damaged Parcel
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hi@doubledate.com.au and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the item or refund your purchase depending on your preference and will provide a label for shipping it back to us.
